2020 FALL Registration

Please click HERE for our Fall registration flyer.

Fall registration is open until 9/2/20 at midnight.

We have additional resources regarding COVID-19 and the guidelines that will be in place for our fall season HERE or on our "Documents/Resources" tab.

We wanted to list a few things that we have been getting questions about.

When does the season start?  How long is the season?  What days will they play?

We are planning on playing 8 games in 7 weeks.  So, there will be one week that the kids will have to play 2 games.
We are anticipating a season start date of 9/21, running through 11/4.  We have spaced the games out because the Fall season is offered as a developmental season.  This will allow coaches to have at least 1 practice per week, once games are underway.   We are planning on having the 4U, 6U, and 8U play on either Mondays or Thursdays, while 10U, 12U, and 14U will play on Tuesdays.  Fridays (and possibly Saturdays) are designated for makeup games.
Actual scheduling depends on the registration numbers that we have and how many teams we can form.

Where do we go to sign up?  How do I register my kid?  How much is it?

Click HERE ( to go to our website.
On the home page, click "Login" (if you are new to our league or click "Register" to create a new account.
Enter your information and your player's information as prompted.
When finished, your account home page should show "1 program available" beside your player's name.
Click there, and it will guide you through our registration process, where you will pay by credit/debit card at the end.
You should receive a confirmation email once your child is registered.

In person.  We will have two in-person registrations at Kate Barr Ross Park baseball 4-plex on 8/22 and 8/29 from 10am-2pm.  We will register you online while there, but you will have the ability to pay cash or check.
You can also stop by Extreme Outfitters at 617 11th Street in Huntsville, during normal business hours, to fill out a registration form.

Our typical Fall season is $75, but we have made a couple changes this Fall, which has affected pricing.
We have added the 4U Foal division to our Fall season, allowing 3-4 yr olds to get started learning the basics of t-ball.  We realize that initial purchases of equipment for your first-time player, which is why we are offering this division at a discounted price of $50.
After multiple requests by parents and coaches, we will have an umpire for the 10U - 14U divisions.  Therefore, we had to increase the registration fees for those divisions to $90, so we could cover the costs for the umpires.

Player's "League Age"

My child is 4, but the only program available is 6U.

Are you confused about the age brackets and the divisions?  Don't feel bad.  There are many people asking the same questions.  So, we wanted to try and explain/clarify that here.

Here's how the age bracket works (I will use a DOB of 8/17/2016, for our example).
Per the PONY (our governing organization) bracket, the player in our scenario would have been considered to have a "league age" of 4 for last Spring (2020), because PONY's age bracket for 2020 is from 9/1/2019 to 8/31/2020.

We purposely set up the Fall 2020 divisions using your player's "league age" for Spring of 2021.  We do this because our Fall season is a developmental/introduction season to prepare the players for Spring 2021, where many players will be transitioning to the next age division.
In our scenario, the player's "league age" for Spring of 2021 (which is what we used for this Fall registration) will be 5, because he/she will turn 5 between 9/1/20 and 8/31/21.

If you feel that your player (according to this scenario) shouldn't play in the 6U division for this Fall season, it is possible to register them in the 4U division (if requested in writing), however he/she will have to play in the 6U division for the Spring 2021 season, which is why we don't recommend that option.  We only allow 1 division as a choice, because it makes registration so much easier for our board, as well as the parents.  We used to have parents that mistakenly signed their 4 year old up in the 8U division (for example).

PONY's age bracket is the same as the Texas schools, so your player should be playing with the kids that are in their grade.  So in our scenario, the other kids in his/her grade should be in 6U as well.

Hopefully this will help answer some questions that many parents seemed to have.
But please email us at [email protected] if you have any further questions.
