ANNUAL OPEN MEETING

We are planning on having our annual meeting, which is open, on 8/11/20 at 6pm at the City Service Center (upstairs). At this meeting we will discuss the upcoming fall season, finances, future plans/projects. We will also hold elections for new board members for open positions. It's also a time that parents can meet the board and express their thoughts, ideas, or concerns.

If you are interested in becoming a board member, please send us an email ([email protected]). This will help us streamline elections.

Masks will be required to enter the meeting room. We are planning on arranging the seating, so we can maintain proper distancing.
