The questionnaire that was sent out early last week provided a ton of feedback from everyone, and we are appreciative of the level of participation, even throughout these tough times.  While there were a lot of participants that were ready to continue the season whenever possible, we also had a large percentage of participants who would not be returning if/when our regular season resumed.  Without a high level of participation, we aren't able to continue a season, due to incomplete teams.  We understand that some are eager to get back to playing baseball and some sort of normalcy.  However, we also realize that the health and safety of our participants is one of the highest concerns.  Therefore, our 2020 spring season has been officially cancelled.

Also, PONY announced on Friday (5/1/20) that they would be cancelling the 2020 tournament season for this summer, which means that there will not be any All-Star teams or games this year.

We have thought of many different scenarios regarding credits, discounts, and refunds, and decided that the only fair way to give back to each family is to offer a refund back for each player.

The refund amount for this Spring season is $40 (4U Foal) and $70 (6U Shetland - 14U Pony).  Please understand that there are many costs that our league incurs, other than uniforms, that have to be accounted for in order for our league to operate and make improvements.  If you have any questions regarding the refund amount or league costs, please email us.

Your options for this form are to accept the refund OR donate the refund back to the league for ongoing improvements.  RESPONSE DEADLINE IS 5/31/2020, AT MIDNIGHT.  Since there is a limited window to process these refunds electronically, we will process these on a single day, after the response deadline.  Any responses received after the deadline WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.

We would like to apologize for how this season turned out.  Continued promotion and advancement of baseball in Huntsville is our mission.  We are hopeful that we may be able to have a summer camp and possibly additional coach’s clinics before Fall baseball, which normally starts in September.
